2025 Affordable Homeownership Development Project (Scattered-Site)

Project Description: This request for proposals is to solicit effective proposals from qualified non-profit organizations and government entities interested in developing homeownership units for households at or below 80% AMI on vacant lots that are currently owned by HHH.
HHH will award up to $455,000.00 of Capital Outlay funding from the State of New Mexico (G2647) and six (6) separate vacant parcels of City-owned land (totaling approximately 0.60 acres), under this Request for Proposals. The actual value of the land will be assessed by a qualified appraiser prior to contract execution. The scattered site parcels are located at the in that Barelas Neighborhood, four contiguous parcels at the northwest corner of 2nd Street SW and Santa Fe SW, and two separate parcels on 3rd Street SW and 4th Street SW (south of Cromwell Ave SW).
