2025 Affordable Homeownership Development Project (Single Site)

Project Description: This RFP is to solicit effective proposals from qualified non-profit organizations and government entities interested in developing homeownership units for households at or below 80% AMI on vacant lots that are currently owned by the City of Albuquerque.
HHH will may award up to $780,000.00 of Capital Outlay funding from the State of New Mexico (I2699) and two (2) contiguous vacant parcels of City-owned land (totaling approximately 1.79 acres), under this Request for Proposals. The actual value of the land will be assessed by a qualified appraiser prior to contract execution. The real property is located at the northeast corner of 90th Street SW and San Ygnacio SW.
