Description
Project Description: FCS is soliciting proposals for an Affordable Care Act software and subject matter expertise service solution designed to provide compliance and alleviate penalty risk. Offeror shall design the services to manage FCS in complying with federal and state legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the services and will be solely responsible for any failure of such design. The solution, when fully enabled, should address requirements relating to eligibility, affordability, and regulatory management. The solution should be robust enough to adhere to any changes in governmental requirements for health compliance.
