This is an update to the NOTICE OF INTENT previously issued. The non-competitive bridge contract was awarded on 19 March 2025 to The CENTECH Group, Inc., 6550 Rock Spring Drive, STE 600, Bethesda, Maryland 20817 in accordance with DAFFARS 5306.303-1-90(a) and FAR 6.302-1 to avoid a lapse in service. The value of the bridge contract is $1,246,474.92. As described by FAR part 6, a written justification and approval for this bridge action is posted within fourteen days after contract award and today's date is 25 March 2025.

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to issue a non-competitive award or sole source contract that supports the implementation of a bridge action pursuant to DAFFARS 5302.101 and DAFFARS 5306.303-1-90(a). The purpose of the bridge action or bridge contract is to prevent a break in service since there is a continuing need for the requirement.

502d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a non-competitive award to the incumbent contractor: The CENTECH Group, Inc., CAGE: 0JLA1, EUI: GB4LSAFPM513. The anticipated period of performance is from 29 March 2025 to 28 March 2026.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for competitive quotes or proposals. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. No request for proposals or quotes will be issued base upon this notice of intent to sole source.

In accordance with FAR part 6, a written justification and approval for this bridge action will be posted within fourteen days after contract award.

The applicable North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) is 541513 Computer Facilities Management Services with a small business size standard of $37.0 million dollars. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is DG01 IT and Telecom - Network Support Services (labor).
