ITD Aeronautics - Limited Re-bid Narrative

1. The formal bid opening for the ITD Aeronautics project was held on 4/28/2026, however three
packages did not receive usable bids and therefore are out for pricing.
This includes three (3) packages:
a. Bid Package 2 - Concrete - FM82610
b. Bid Package 4 - Finish Carpentry - FM82612
c. Bid Package 5 - Storefront - FM82613
d. No other packages are open for bidding
2. Some, but not all, Documents within this re-bid package have been modified to better curate a
limited re-bid process. These markups have been made in RED and the documents have been noted
as revised. These edits do not change the scope of the work and are only to revise the administrative
processes of the bid cycle.
3. Addendum #3 which was originally available in the bid cycle, has been removed, as its contents were
revising a bid package (flooring) that is not out for re-bid.
