EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
The West Virginia Parkways Authority (WVPA) is soliciting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from
qualified firms for the following:
AEOI TPK2600000001
WVPA Admin Building Renovation
PAPER SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND ALL EOIs MUST BE SUBMITTED
ELECTRONICALLY VIA wvOasis. To register, visit www.wvoasis.gov and click the VSS button at the
top right of the page.
EOIs will be received via wvOasis until 10:30 AM on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Submissions will be
publicly opened at the office of the West Virginia Parkways Authority, Beckley South building, 374 George
St., Beckley, West Virginia 25801. wvOasis will not accept submissions after that time.
Firms debarred or declared ineligible by the Director of the West Virginia Purchasing Division are not
eligible to submit and will be rejected.
Prospective vendors are responsible for all toll charges incurred while providing goods or services to the
West Virginia Parkways Authority.
WVPA reserves the right to reject any or all EOIs, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to proceed
in the best interest of the Authority.
