Purpose
SCOPE OF WORK ? The City of Suffolk has issued this sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) for the sole purpose of obtaining responsive proposals from qualified Offerors to provide marketing services on behalf of the City to solicit advertisers for ads to be placed on transit buses. The Contractor will be expected to provide complete management of the program, including all labor costs associated with sign placement for revenue and non-revenue signs.
Notes
The contract shall begin on August 1, and go through July 31, 2024. This contract may be renewed based on the terms and conditions herein at the expiration of its term at the sole option of the City. Automatic renewals will occur for up to four (4) additional one-year periods through July 31, 2028.
