Sealed proposals, on the forms provided in the RFP package, shall be received by the Senior Purchasing Agent of the Town of East Hampton, Town Hall, 159 Pantigo Road, East Hampton, New York, no later than 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday,

October 16, 2025.

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
