REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Natchez-Adams School District is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to
provide Student and Graduation Photography Services for the 2026–2027 school year. Sealed
proposals will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at the:
Braden Administrative Office Building
Business and Finance Department
10 Homochitto Street
Natchez, Mississippi 39120
Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 4:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, July 16,
2026, at the Braden Administrative Office Building, 10 Homochitto Street, Natchez, Mississippi.
Following the opening, proposals will be evaluated by District staff and submitted to the
Natchez-Adams School District Board of Trustees for consideration at the next regularly
scheduled meeting.
A copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP), including specifications and proposal requirements,

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Board of Trustees, and
clearly marked:

Proposals received after the stated deadline will not be considered.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities
or irregularities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the District.
