ADVERTISEMENT AND INVITATION FOR

BIDS FOR CAPITAL STREET IMPROVEMENT

Sealed bids for furnishing CAPITAL STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT for the months

beginning July ending September 30th, 2026, for the City of Corsicana will be received at the

City Manager’s office at 200 N. 12th Street, Corsicana, Texas 75110 until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday,

June 16th, 2026.Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “CAPITAL STREET

IMPROVEMENT PROJECT” in the lower left-hand corner. Bids may also be submitted by

considered. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026,

at the Government Center, 200 N. 12th Street, Corsicana, Texas 75110.

The City of Corsicana reserves the right to reject any or all bids on any basis and without

disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right,

claim, or cause of action by any unsuccessful bidder against the City of Corsicana. No bidder may

withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
