Sealed proposals will be received by the Township Clerk for Charter Township of Flushing, Genesee County Michigan, for the work of Township Hall roofing replacement located at 6524 N. Seymour Road, Flushing, Michigan 48433. Proposals will be received at Flushing Township Hall, 6524 N. Seymour Road, Flushing, Michigan 48433, until 3:00 p.m., Thursday August 6, 2026.

All bids received will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time.

Proposals are solicited on the basis of a lump sum price for all labor and materials required to complete the project as designed and specified in the contract.

The principal items of work include:

Removal and replacement of asphalt shingle roofing, wood decking replacement as required (unit price), new 6” gutters and downspouts.

The right is reserved by Charter Township of Flushing Township to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities in any bid, in the interest of the Township.
