ADVERTISEMENT FOR SPECIFICATIONS FOR HIGHMAST LIGHTING
The City of Forrest City is soliciting sealed bids for repair to High Mast poles and fixtures located at interstate 40 and highway 1B, to include repair of lift system and installation of new LED fixtures equivalent to 1000w HPS 480v.
Specifications may be picked up at the Mayor’s Office, 225 North Washington, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday. All bids must meet or exceed specifications as written, sealed and labeled “High Mast Lighting Bid”.
Bids must be received in the Mayor’s Office, 225 N. Washington, Forrest City, AR 72335 by 6:00pm, Tuesday, November 18, 2025. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud during the city council meeting.
The City of Forrest City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid they deem to be in the best interest of the city.
