ADVERTISEMENT FOR RFP - VENDING MACHINE CONCESSION SERVICES

The CITY OF EAST ORANGE is soliciting proposals through the competitive contracting process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1(e), et seq. for VENDING MACHINE CONCESSION SERVICES to perform Vending Machine Services will include, but are not limited to, the installation, operation and maintenance of vending machines and all necessary equipment, connections and auxiliary needs, stocking of products, restocking of products and making refund requests.
Proposals will be received by the City of East Orange electronically through the City’s OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://procurement.opengov.com/governments/10682973/projects/230169/manage
Proposals are due before 11:00 am on March 6, 2026. Any proposal received after 11:00 A.M. shall not be accepted. All questions and requests for information must be submitted through the E-Procurement portal.
