ADVERTISEMENT FOR RFP TO RE-BID - JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR MUNICIPAL PROPERTIES

The City of East Orange, located at 44 City Hall Plaza, East Orange, New Jersey is seeking Proposals to secure A VENDOR FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR MUNICIPAL PROPERTIES. Candidates are required to comply with the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:l l-l, the Pay to Play Law, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, et seq. along with all related regulations promulgated thereunder.
Proposals will be received by the City of East Orange electronically through the City’s OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/eastorange-nj/projects/214097
Proposals are due before 11:00 am on December 19, 2025.
Any proposal received after 11:00 A.M. shall not be accepted. All questions and requests for information must be submitted through the E-Procurement portal.
