NOTICE: is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the City of East Orange, Division of Procurement up to and until Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing local time on the City’s E- Procurement portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/governments/10682973/projects/229801/manage Proposals shall be submitted via the City's electronic procurement portal: https://procurement.opengov.com/governments/10682973/projects/229801/manage Any proposal received after 11:00 A.M. will not be accepted. All questions and requests for information must be submitted through the E-Procurement portal. The deadline for posting questions and requests about this IFB is Monday, February 23, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. The E-Procurement system will not accept submitting after the deadline set for submitting questions.
