The City of East Orange, located at 44 City Hall Plaza, East Orange, New Jersey is seeking Proposals to secure Contractor or Contractors qualified to provide Emergency Snow Plowing Services to the City of East Orange. Candidates are required to comply with the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:l l-l, the Pay to Play Law, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, et seq. along with all related regulations promulgated thereunder.
