Scope of Services: The Town of Leland is requesting Bids for the Streamflow Rehabilitation Assistance Program (StRAP)- Phase 2.  The project consists of vegetative debris cleanup (snag and drag) and haul off within a section of Jackeys Creek, in the Town limits.  The area totals approximately 14,000 linear feet.  All bids must be received by 1 p.m. on Aug. 25, 2025.
