Advertisement for Bids - South Sullivan Road Preservation - 0366

Notice is hereby given that the City of Spokane Valley, Spokane County, Washington will accept sealed bids for the S Sullivan Rd Preservation project. The project consists of storm structure installation, new curb and sidewalks, ITS infrastructure, traffic signal revisions, and replacement of the full width of the roadway with asphalt and concrete pavement, all in accordance with the Contract Documents and Plans.

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the City Clerk of the City of Spokane Valley, 10210 E. Sprague Avenue, Spokane Valley, Washington, 99206 and received not later than 10:00 a.m. PDT, Friday, February 13th, 2026. Bid openings will be held immediately thereafter and read aloud in the City Council Chambers.
