ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS: 2025 ROAD PROGRAM PROJECT

Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Sussex, Village Clerk, until 2:00 p.m. Central time on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at the Village of Sussex, N64 W23760 Main Street, Sussex, WI 53089.

The proposed 2025 Road Program construction consists of the repair and/or replacement of sanitary and storm structures, and pipes; installation of new storm structures and pipes; repair and/or replacement of water system components; installation of new water main valves and lateral; spot repair and/or replacement of curb and gutter; repair and/or replacement of sidewalks and driveways; installation of new curb and gutter; installation of new sidewalks and/or relocation of sidewalks; base patching; full pavement replacement; asphalt overlay only; replacement of concrete pavement; and the resurfacing and/or replacement of roadway pavements within and around the Pine Ridge, Woodside Ridge, Majestic Heights, Coldwater Creek, Ridgeview, and Braddock Place Subdivisions, including Water Tower Court, Woodside Road, and Richmond Road.

In addition, the project includes utility and roadway construction and reconstruction along Weaver Drive and Wildflower Parkway in Village Park.

Prequalification of prospective bidders is required. Prequalification of prospective prime bidders must be approved by Owner prior to obtaining Bidding Documents from QuestCDN.
