Advertisement for Bids-- INODIC Grant Recreation Improvements

Sealed bids will be received by the Ben Hill County Board of Commissioners until 2:00pm, April 22, 2025, at the County Commission Office, 402-A E Pine St., Fitzgerald, GA 31750, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read, for the construction of recreation improvements at the Monitor Enrichment Center. MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference will be held on March 26, 2025 at 10:00am at the Ben Hill County Commission Office. Bids received from contractors not attending will NOT be accepted. Bidding documents may be examined, by appointment, at the office of Ellis, Ricket & Associates, Architects, located at 105 South Patterson Street, Valdosta, GA 31601. Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents from Print Life Printing and Supplies, LLC, located at 1006 Williams Street, Valdosta, Georgia 31601. This project (INODIC #GA-0013787) will be partially funded with Federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. All bidders must comply with 41 CFR 60-4 in regards to Affirmative Action, to ensure Equal Opportunity Employment. The project requires compliance with Davis-Bacon wage rates.
