Advertisement for Bids- Dabney Hall Renovation- Early Electrical Equipment Package

New Atlantic Contracting, Inc. is seeking to receive bids for the furnishing of material and equipment for the NC State Dabney Hall Renovation project, located in Raleigh, NC. New Atlantic Contracting, Inc. has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for the project and will receive bids from and contract with the vendors for the execution of the work. Small, minority, women, and disabled-owned business enterprises are encouraged to participate.

Work includes furnishing a diesel generator, electrical switchgear, and other electrical equipment and material components as part of an Early Electrical Equipment Package.

Vendors are required for the following bid packages:

BP 26E ELECTRICAL GEAR AND COMPONENTS PACKAGE

BP 26G GENERATOR AND COMPONENTS PACKAGE

Historically underutilized business participation is highly encouraged. If a MWBE firm requests assistance with cash flow needs, New Atlantic Contracting will work with that vendor, to arrange payment on a biweekly basis through a joint check arrangement.

Sealed bids will be received in Room 301, Administration III Building, Building 215, 2601 Wolf Village Way, Raleigh, NC 27607 on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at 3:30 pm (EDT).

If necessary, a Re-Bid is scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 3:30 pm (EDT) at the same location.
