Sealed Bids for the construction of the Downtown Streetscape Improvements will be received by the City of Darlington, at the office of Hanna Engineering at 2412 Pisgah Road, Florence, SC 29501, until 2:00 PM on October 30, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
