ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID

Single prime sealed bids will be received by Buncombe County at 30 Valley Street, Asheville, NC

28801 on Monday, April 22, 2024 no later than 3:00PM EST for the scope of work included in

the Buncombe County Administration Building Façade Removal and Repairs project located at

200 College Street, in downtown Asheville, NC. At that time and place, bids will be opened and

read.

Bid Documents including a Project Manual and Drawings can be obtained by contacting Ryan

Daugherty with BECS, and a link will be provided to the inquiring bidder for access to electronic

copies of the files.
