Request for Proposals
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Monroe at the Energy Services
Building at 2:00 PM (EST) on Friday July 17th, 2026, after which time they will be
opened, read, and evaluated for the following:
Distribution System Leak Survey & Atmospheric Corrosion Inspection
The City of Monroe Energy Services is requesting proposals for Leak Survey &
Atmospheric Corrosion Inspection of the City's Distribution System

Questions must be submitted formally via email by Wednesday, July 8th, 2026. We
will respond to all interested responders that have notified per the RFP
requirements.
Proposals shall be marked "Distribution System Leak Survey & Atmospheric
Corrosion Inspection Sealed Proposal". Responders shall mail or hand deliver their
Proposals to the following:

This RFP does not obligate the City to pay any cost incurred by respondents in the
preparation and submission of a response nor does it obligate the City to accept
or contract for any expressed or implied services.
All bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days pending contract negotiations, City
Council approval, and awarding of contract.
All hand delivered and mailed proposals must be received prior to 2:00 PM (EST).
