ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS

The Natchez-Adams School District will accept sealed proposals until 11:00 a.m. on Monday,

February 16, 2026 at the Administrative Office Building of the Natchez-Adams School District,

Technology Department, 10 Homochitto Street, Natchez, MS 39120.

Proposals will be publicly opened and/or read aloud and taken under advisement at 4:00 p.m.

on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 for the following project: Building-to-Building Circuits.

A copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP), including specifications and additional details, may

be obtained by contacting Tarvis Tennessee, Technology Coordinator, Natchez-Adams School

District Technology Department office, at 601-445-2937 or email at

tarvis.tennessee@natchez.k12.ms.us.

All proposals must be sealed, plainly addressed to the Board of Trustees, and clearly marked on

the front of the envelope as:

“Intra District Circuit Proposal”

Submissions received after the specified date and time will be considered late and will not be

opened.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any

informalities.
