NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN ADVERTISED LEASE OPPORTUNITY FOR CONCESSION PROPOSALS AT Crowley’s Ridge State Park
The Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism, State Parks Division (Owner), is soliciting responses from qualified business operators to provide amusements at the Lake Ponder swimming area at Crowley’s Ridge State Park. Amusements will consist of, at minimum, a floating, inflatable obstacle course and a food service operation. Hours of operation, fees, and other Concession Lease Agreement terms and conditions are negotiable.
A detailed Concession Lease Agreement package will be provided to interested parties, outlining the terms of the Lease Agreement. Owner reserves the right to negotiate revenue share based on proposals received.
An initial review of concession proposals will be conducted on October 21, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to extend the review period until a qualified concessionaire is determined.
