The Vicksburg Warren School District is soliciting sealed competitive proposals (hereafter called proposals) for experienced and qualified firm(s) to provide milk coolers for ALL SCHOOL CAFETERIA LOCATIONS in the Vicksburg Warren School District. The Vicksburg Warren School District has thirteen (13) school central kitchens and two (2) satellite sites across Warren County. Proposals shall be submitted in an envelope marked on the outside with the offeror’s name and address and proposal number RFP #26-27-02 Coolers for Child Nutrition Program to:

Proposals will be received at the above address until 10:00 AM February 4, 2026. Proposals will be opened on February 12, 2026 to ensure that required components are present. Prices will not be read, nor disclosed in any other manner until award is made.
