ADvancing States NCI-AD Survey

The State of Minnesota, Department of Human Services intends to enter a one-year agreement (annual license) with ADvancing States, formerly known as National Association of States United for Aging and Disabilities (NASUAD). The annual license enables Minnesota to partner (be a participating state) in the National Core Indicators – Aging and Disabilities (NCI-AD) Survey, a national survey program for states to measure and track their own performance related to the provision of Aging and Adult Services in the 2025-2026 program year. This agreement is a 12-month term.

Because the NCI-AD Adult Consumer Survey is a copyrighted tool owned by ADvancing States and HSRI, and is the required tool used in the National Core Indicators – Aging and Disabilities (NCI-AD) Survey, this has been deemed a single source purchase.
