Advanced Notice of Advertisement for Bids - ADA Pathways Remediation

UW Facilities, Project Delivery Group, will be issuing an Advertisement for Bids approximately the week of February 10, 2025, for the ADA Pathways Remediation State project. The project scope three parts to the overall project; Mason Road ADA Ramp, Hutchinson Hall Front Entry and Stevens Way Curb Ramps. The scope includes but is not limited to selective site demolition, pavement removal, regrading, asphalt and concrete paving, striping, ADA ramps, drainage upgrades, site lighting, landscaping and irrigation improvements. Engineer's estimate is approximately $2,400,000.
