The RFP is anticipated to be posted following this synoppsis on 30 May 2025.

This will be a set-aside for SBA Certified Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) Program IAW FAR 19.15.

Advanced Meter Reading System (AMRS) Metering Implementation at Randolph AFB, TX. Shall be accomplished using the Design-Build delivery method. The project objective is the remote data acquisition of all meter data from a centralized computer front end system utilizing the Modbus/TCP communications protocol over an ethernet network. The intent of the project is to bring all designated existing and proposed meters into compliance with the Energy Policy Act of 2005, EISA 2007, and the Meter Data Management Plan (MDMP). The magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
