Advanced Life Support Ambulance Service for Fiscal Year 2026-2027

REQUEST FOR BIDS

The Logan County Fiscal Court will receive sealed bids/proposals for an Advanced Life Support Ambulance Service for Fiscal Year 2026-2027, that will operate from the ALS base in Russellville, KY and at other locations to be determined, until Tuesday June 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. CST/12:00 P.M. ET at the office of the Logan County Judge/Executive, Logan County Courthouse, 200 West Fourth Street, P.O. Box 365, Russellville, KY 42276. Perspective Bidders may request and/or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:30-4:00 pm CST 9:30-5:00 P.M. ET, and must obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office (Judge/Executive Office). Bids will only be accepted from registered venders holding approved bid forms provided by the Issuing Office.

All bidders must be able to comply with KRS 65.710, and all other state and federal laws and regulations. All bidders should be a Kentucky Certified Paramedic and shall submit a personal resume including his/her professional experience and the experience of other personnel who will be involved in the operation of the service. Each bidder shall include their proposed plan of operation providing the advanced ambulance service to the citizens of Logan County, Kentucky.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 21st at 1:30 PM CST/ 2:30 ET at the current ALS Base station parking lot in Russellville, KY; located at 1201 Nashville Street. Perspective Bidders are encouraged to attend.
