Description

The National Research Council Canada wishes to procure a a high-resolution digital microscope system with a magnification range from 20x to 2000x, capable of performing advanced 2D and 3D imaging and measurement for microstructural analysis and material characterization with titled head function and other advanced functions. The microscope will support research activities requiring quantitative surface morphology, inspection and analysis across a wide range of magnifications and allow future expansion for additional elementary analysis capabilities.
