Overview

Advanced Cleanup Program Application Period The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Department), in accordance with Section 376.30713, F.S., will accept AC applications submitted between May 1, 2026, and on or before 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2026, for Individual and Bundled sites. For this application period, the Department will allocate up to $12.5 million. A virtual option to view the public opening can also be provided upon request. There will be a public opening of timely received applications held on July 7, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the Bob Martinez Center conference room 433 located at 2600 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida. Any updates to the AC forms and guidance will be posted on the Petroleum Restoration (PRP) Advanced Cleanup Program website by May 1, 2026. The Petroleum Restoration Program AC Coordinator, Dona Milinkovich, is the point of contact for inquiries regarding the AC process (but no pre-bids or bidding information).
