*This is a sole source procurement with VRC Metal Systems* Contractor to cover the cost of provision of services to support the Advanced Bore Coating (ABC) applications for one gun barrel at the Watervliet Arsenal per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please provide pricing as follows: Price for Coating: $_____________ Price for entrance criteria and document preparation: $_____________ Price for maintenance: $_____________ Plan for tube to be coating with Virgin Helium. Credit due back to the Government if coated with recycled Helium: $_____________ Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination No. 2015-4143 Latest Revision applies and is incorporated by reference.
