Adult Social Daycare Services for Seniors

Proposers must read the important notices provided below :
The County of Burlington has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) titled "Adult Social Daycare Services for Seniors" (RFP-24-0060A). The proposal specifications are available for download by prospective proposers under the "Attachments" tab within the solicitation located at https://burlcobids.ionwave.net. Proposal documents and forms must be downloaded and submitted in their original format. Any proposal modified from the original format will not be accepted.
All proposals shall be submitted electronically at https://burlcobids.ionwave.net by the deadline as specified in the proposal specifications. The County shall not accept any proposal submissions via email, fax, courier, mail, or in-person delivery. Any physical proposal delivered will be returned to the sender unopened. The County is not responsible for any proposal not submitted on time. The County is not responsible for any internet or electronic issues that may include, but not be limited to, connection issues, technical difficulties, errors, power outages, etc.

Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17: 27-1 et seq.
All solicitations are subject to change. Proposers are advised to check the County's eProcurement system periodically for any future addenda, revisions, etc. prior to the opening date.
The Division of Purchasing's public office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. EST, County holidays excluded.
