Notes	Johnson County is seeking a vendor for the following work: Exterior maintenance work – Replace sealants, tuck-pointing, seal soffit vents, and window glazing repairs. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at 9:00AM CT on October 18, 2024, at in the Johnson County Adult Residential Center Programs Building, 141 Mission Parkway, New Century, Kansas 66031. Participation in the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory and shall not have bearing on the eligibility to submit a bid. Visiting the location during the bidding period at times other than the scheduled Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit is prohibited. This location is a secured facility, and the public will be asked to leave if discovered on the grounds.
