Summary

Pursuant to the Arizona Procurement Code, A.R.S. §41-2501 et seq., the State of Arizona Department of Transportation (Department), has a requirement for the new construction of ten (10) ADOT Fuel Stations statewide.

Process

A Pre-Offer Conference will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 9:00 AM Arizona Time via Google Meet. You are required to RSVP to Danyelle Ellington at dellington@azdot.gov. Include attendee name(s), organization, email(s), and phone number(s) for those that will be in attendance no later than Tuesday, February 25, 2025 to receive a calendar invite for the Google meeting.

Additionally, a mandatory site visit is required. There will be four (4) seperate site visits in the Southern Region on Friday, February 28 . Offerors must attend one (1) of the site visits. You are required to RSVP to Danyelle Ellington, dellington@azdot.gov. Include the attendee name(s), organization, email(s) and phone number(s) no later than Thursday, February 27, 2025.
