The City of Warner Robins is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the production, installation, and removal of graffiti-resistant vinyl wraps for traffic signal control boxes.
This project is part of the City’s Adopt-A-Box Program, which brings vibrant, original artwork to our intersections by transforming ordinary traffic signal boxes into colorful public art installations. These unique displays will beautify streetscapes, celebrate community identity, inspire local pride, and foster a stronger sense of place for both residents and visitors.
No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their proposal with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all service specifications, requirements, and all terms of the General Instructions to Bidders, Terms & Conditions.

The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities. |
