Adobe Software Reseller and Support

This procurement covers Adobe licensing, value-added services, and ongoing
support for ShareIT Members, speci?cally post-secondary institutions and
municipalities in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Please note: K-12 ShareIT members are
out of scope.
The Proponent must be a single Value-Added Reseller that can sell and support all
three Adobe licensing programs for the ShareIT membership:
? ETLA (higher education): Adobe Education certi?ed Platinum Reseller recognized
to support ETLA, or certi?ed Gold Reseller with written Adobe con?rmation to
provide ETLA.
? VIP Marketplace (higher education and government): Certi?ed Gold or higher in
Canada.
? LGA (municipal): Recognized by Adobe to enroll and transact under the Large
Government Agencies (LGA) Program in Canada.

Proposals to be Submitted in Prescribed Manner.
The Proponent must deliver its Proposal and any amendments in digital format to the
Electronic Closing Location. Proposals received by hard copy, facsimile
transmission, or email will not be considered.
Proposals are to be prominently marked with the NRFP title and number (see NRFP
cover page), with the full legal name and return address of the Proponent, and with
the Submission Deadline.
