Adobe License Renewal

This solicitation is for MBE dealers only.

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services is soliciting MBE dealers for Adobe products on Carahsoft's state contract MCSA0016 for Ohio's DAS VIP account # 68992527B1F27274115A .  Only MBE suppliers on MCSA0016 may respond to this solicitation.

Because of Adobe’s change to a marketplace format for reorders under Ohio’s DAS VIP account, only one reseller will be able to process Adobe license renewals for this renewal period. This solicitation will not result in a PO directly, but rather is being used to determine the reseller of choice for this year’s Adobe renewals through Carahsoft contract MCSA0016. The quantities approximately represent the licenses up for renewal with an anniversary date of 4/13/26. Bidders must be current dealers on State contract MCSA0016.

Quoted price must be at or lower than contract pricing.

Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid. If a state contract number is not provided, the proposal will not be considered as referencing a State contract.

Any responses that are not a part of a current state contract will not be considered.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.  No outside/additional documentation will be considered.

The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitaiton.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible MBE quote.
