Adobe ETLA (Enterprise Term Licensing Agreement)

IFB No. 2026-099 Adobe ETLA, Renewal Term Start Date 05/20/2026 - End Date 05/19/2027

Collin County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide the requested annual renewal of Adobe ETLA (Enterprise Term License Agreement) licensing as detailed in the attached specifications. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder that meets all mandatory requirements. Bids must be submitted by March 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM, by electronic format via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/collincountytx/projects/220835 or in person to the Collin County Purchasing Office located at 2300 Bloomdale Rd., McKinney, TX 75071. CONTRACT TERMS AND RENEWAL OPTIONS: Vendor will be awarded a twelve (12) month contract, effective May 20, 2026 through and including May 19, 2027. At the Collin County’s option and approval by the Vendor, the contract may be renewed for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods, as further explained in Renewal Options. Prices must remain fixed and firm for the entire contract.
