2025 Administrative Hearing Officer RFQ

The Village of Pingree Grove, Illinois (“Village”) is requesting qualifications from experienced attorneys to serve as an administrative hearing officer pursuant to a professional services agreement with the Village. The hearing officer services will primarily relate to adjudicating parking citations, quasi-criminal violations, building/property maintenance violations, and other Village Code violations. Qualified candidates are invited to submit a response to this request for qualifications by providing the submittals described in Section V below.
