Ellis County Kansas Commission is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP), to replace approximately 9,500 square feet of concrete parking. The parking lot is located at the Ellis County Administrative Center, 718 Main Street in Hays Kansas. The parking lot to be replaced is on the East side of the building, which is the west part of the parking lot. The East part of that parking lot was recently replaced. An image of the parking lot is attached at the end of this section.
The submissions must be received by Friday, November 15th, 2024, at 12:00 pm CDT within a sealed envelope labeled “RFP – 2024 – Admin Parking”.
