The Department hereby withdraws Solicitation No. 2025002 (the “Solicitation) Administration of Continuing Education Units for the Water Well Contractor Program, issued on 11.05.2024, and hereby provides Notice of its decision to negotiate pursuant to section 287.057(6), Florida Statutes.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post a bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
