The St. Johns River Water Management District (the “District”) is seeking bids from qualified, experienced Contractors for the Roof Replacement of our administration building at District Headquarters (“Work”). Constructed in 1978, the 8,351- square-foot roof and gutter system still retains its original metal roof, except for a small section that was replaced following storm damage. The District intends to award a contract to one Contractor capable of delivering the services outlined in this solicitation. Successful Respondent (defined herein) shall begin the Work on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Substantial Completion must be achieved within 90 calendar days of that date, with an additional 30 calendar days allowed for Final Completion.
