Administration Building Roof Replacement

Cowlitz County is requesting sealed bids for  demolition of existing roofing system and installation of new thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane roof system at the Cowlitz County Administration building. A pre-bid meeting will be held Wednesday, April 30th at 9:00 AM local time. While not mandatory, interested bidders are urged to meet at 207 N. 4th Avenue in Kelso, WA.

Bids will be received until 1:30 PM local time on May 12, 2025. Bids must be mailed or delivered in person to the address below:

On the time and date listed above, bids will be opened and read aloud in the Cowlitz County Public Works Training Room. The public is invited to attend. A recording of the bid opening, along with the bid results, will be posted following the meeting.
