Description:

The purpose of this project is to renovate portions of the first floor (interior only) of the Beaufort County Administration Building and the County Council Chambers located on the Beaufort County Government Complex at 100 Ribaut Road, Beaufort, South Carolina 29902. The project will provide new interior finishes, new LED lighting, new HVAC supply and return devices, and new plumbing fixtures. It also creates new office space and modernizes the existing Council Chambers.
