Administration Building Air Handling Unit Replacement

The Work, officially known as “Administration Building AHU Replacement,” consists of replacement of the existing air handling unit (AHU) on the roof of the Administration Building, including disconnecting and removal of the existing AHU to accommodate the new AHU installation. The Work includes disposal of removed AHU materials, installation of a new roof curb adapter, electrical work to reconnect the new equipment, start-up services and training. The new AHU shall be provided with a 1-year labor and material warranty.

Sealed bids will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, on Thursday, April 24 ^th , 2025. Bids shall be submitted to Tim Reel, Operations Manager, City of Oconomowoc Wastewater Treatment Plant, 900 S. Worthington Street, Oconomowoc, WI 53066. All bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at a meeting immediately following 11:00 AM.
