Administer Two EPA Brownfields Grants

NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

The City of Galesburg, Illinois, hereby invites Request for Proposals from a qualified environmental professional to administer two EPA Brownfields Grants for the City of Galesburg. Proposals will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, August 27, 2025, at the office of the Purchasing Agent located in the Finance Department at City Hall, 55 West Tompkins Street, Galesburg, IL 61401. Request for Proposal documents can be obtained at the office of the Purchasing Agent or online at www.ci.galesburg.il.us. Vendors will be required to comply with all applicable EEO laws and regulations. Resolution No. 90-74 requires compliance with the Human Relations Act and all pertinent federal and state rules and regulations. The City will award a contract for the proposal that best meets the goals of the project and is most advantageous to the City of Galesburg; price and other factors considered.
