ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at University of Idaho,
Architectural and Engineering Services (A&E), 875 Perimeter Drive, University of Idaho, Moscow,
Idaho, 83844 until 2:00 p.m. local Pacific time, on Thursday, June 18th, 2026 for DPW Project 24256
Admin Bldg. HVAC, Ph. 3, University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include new HVAC equipment and associated
hydronics systems to be installed within the attic, third floor, and second floor of the administration building.
Work of the project additionally will include related demolition, architectural finish work, lighting relocation,
and revision of fire sprinkler system where affected by work.
Bid Alternates are for integrating HVAC systems in the entire building (north and south portions) under a
single controls manufacturer.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, June 4th, 2026, beginning at 3:00 pm., prevailing local
Pacific time, at University of Idaho, A&E Services, 875 Perimeter Drive, University of Idaho, Moscow,
Idaho, 83844 Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and
electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $250. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
